The very first court order ever made in the case in 2006 shows you that this case has never been about custody but rather Aaliyah's and Connie's safety which is why the judge placed a "No contact, No threatening, No harassing of the mother" Order on Dustin Thompson that very first day. Dustin's testimony after being questioned by Judge Alan Pineschi regarding him slamming Connie's head in the trunk of his Mercedes, hitting Aaliyah in the face with soiled diapers and pulling a black and red Louisville Slugger baseball bat out on Connie while holding newborn Aaliyah, didn't quite pass the smell test. On June 4, 2010, Bone McGraw asked Connie questions regarding what the court's discriminating psychologist documented as her "Unusual religious beliefs" for being Messianic Jewish, following Torah (the first five books of the bible, not eating pork, keeping the seventh day sabbath, following Yahshua the Messiah, standing for the Truth, etc) along with many other topics related to the case. He also asked about the specific behaviors Dustin demonstrated before the molestation began. Educate yourself, your teens and your children.
